    How to request deletion

    • In-app: go to Settings, open Data & privacy, and use the deletion instructions / support contact options.
    • Email: send a request to [email protected] from the email address on your Privly account.
    What to include:
    • Your account email
    • Which connected platforms/accounts you want removed (or “delete everything”)
    • For LinkedIn, say whether you want saved leads, the provider account mapping, and extension connection data deleted

    What gets deleted

    • OAuth tokens and connected account records
    • Posts and scheduling records
    • Saved LinkedIn leads, source URLs, lead notes, tags, message drafts, reply tracking, and follow-up records
    • LinkedIn viewer identity data sent by the Privly Leads Chrome extension
    • Uploaded media and related metadata
    • Most application logs tied to your account (where feasible)

    Timeline

    We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. In many cases it will be sooner.

    We may verify account ownership before completing deletion requests to protect against unauthorized requests.

    What may remain

    Minimal security and audit logs may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, and operational integrity purposes.

    Data already transferred to connected platforms (for example, content already published on TikTok, Meta, X, or LinkedIn) is controlled by those platforms and must be managed through their tools and policies.

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram) specific note

    If you connected via Meta OAuth, you can also disconnect Privly directly in Facebook:

    • Go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings
    • Select Apps and Websites
    • Find Privly and remove it

    Removing the app there stops future access. You can still email us to delete stored data as described above.

    Privly Leads Chrome extension note

    Removing the Privly LinkedIn Connector from your browser stops future browser-session collection. It does not automatically disconnect the account already linked through a platform integration provider or delete saved leads. To delete saved leads or connection data, use the in-app privacy controls or email us as described above.
